The same acquisition problem, rebuilt for every client - 20 of them running at once at the busiest. Mostly it taught me to build things I could deploy again, rather than clever one-offs.
Funnels, forms, calendars and CRM workflows in GoHighLevel, with n8n connecting Facebook Lead Ads and whatever else the client was already paying for.
There were up to 20 clients running at once, and every one got the same skeleton - capture, qualify, route, follow up - with the pieces swapped out for their channels. Keeping that shape constant meant the dashboards stayed comparable, and a new client was not a new project every time.
The pattern paid off. The second client took a fraction of the effort of the first, and by the fourth, the only new work was figuring out the offer.
